We're enjoying our stay tremendously,as usual. The lines for express are great. Our longest wait has been about 7 minutes for Popeye's. Most lines have been 0-1 minute.
Yesterday,my room keys must have slipped out of my purse. I went to guest realtions. They called the RPR for me. I told the receptionist what happened and they cancelled my keys. Then guest services printed out express passes for the 3 of us at no charge! That 's what I call great customer service.
Guess what? Maybe a couple of kids/day on heelies-not bad after the bazillion at WDW.
I love that when we are planning our Universal trips,we know that we won't have lines and that our hotel will be fabulous with great staff. We have never been disappointed.
The only downer is that we leave tomorrow.
Oh well,we'll be back in November.
