Were getting another dog!!!photos added!

He's now called Archie! He settling down fine, he's had a bath although he could do with another 1 or 2 to get him back to black and white!
He mainly hides/stays in corners, only venturing out to the back garden to do 'his business' then he's back in the corner :confused3 I have noticed that he's scared of being in the garden.
Archie decided to find his voice at 2am this morning, whining and barking for no reason other than he wanted to play  I really think he's a puppy maybe about 18 months -2 yrs old.
Photos will be posted this weekend :)

Come on it's the weekend......... I need photos! :rotfl:

Hope he's settling in OK and finally realising he's in a loving home so there's no need to hide. :cloud9:

Here is Archie! These are the only photos I could get as he keeps going into corners or he follows me around!

Oh he's lovely :goodvibes I'm sure he'll soon be confident enough to leave the corners he keeps going into.

Scooby looks beautiful too :thumbsup2

Archie is so cute, he sounds like he is slowly coming round if he is following you everywhere:thumbsup2

I am sure once he realises that you feed him and he is coming to no halm he will settle down. He is really lovely, hope he brings you lots of fun

he is lovely Nettie, so sweet, I am sure he will gain his confidence when he realises how much you are going to love him

he is lovely - reminds me of my old collie dog. He would follow me everywhere - even to the loo!;)

aahhh thanks everyone! he's settled in a bit more, we have been ignoring him and so he has come out of the corner for attention! He's stopped whining and barking in the night (touch wood!) so all is going fine up to now :goodvibes

Awww, what a lovely looking boy.

Glad he's coming around, I've had a few rescue cats who have been super super nervous when we've got them home, but every day they get a little bit braver, in a few weeks he'll be a different doggy altogether.

I also personally find the animals who you really have to work with in the start end up super happy and loving, he'll be a very special pet for you, I can tell. :goovibes

From this big sappy animal lover - thank you SO much for giving him such a wonderful home, it really warms my heart when I hear about pets getting the families they deserve.

Oh, bless him, he looks like a worry wart, Im so glad hes found you, I bet you he will worship you shortly.
He is adorable, he looks very loyal type of mutt.

he very cute DF loves collie dogs and is desperate for us to have one he is just gorgeous

How's he getting on?

He's coming out of his shell now! tail is slowly going up, but we do have a couple of probs with him, he wee's on the kitchen floor in the same spot every night, even though he's taked out side before he goes to bed.
He is petrified of kids, so he hates going out for a walk, he velcro his paws to the floor! If theres a kiddies programme on and he hears their voices thats it he's back to his cowering self.
but over all he is much better than he was a wk ago, i'll post more pics this wkend
scoobys not phased at all although we have had his domineering moments!
thanks for asking :goodvibes

awwwwww bless him. His little face says it all :sad1: Hopefully he will start to feel safe with you and will be a lot happier once he realises that you care about him.
