We're Flying - they're driving

We flying for our stay @ SSR in October, but my In - Laws are driving down. They aren't going to stay our entire trip, only 4 days, but I've added them on to our reservation. So here's my question:

How will they be able to get into the resort? Will Security let them thru, or will we need to meet them? Will the be issued their own room key (I did add them to the res)? Any input/experience would be greatly appreciated.

If they are on the reservation they will have no problem getting past the guard gate.

If they will arrive after you, just let the front desk know the plans. They will also get their own parking pass.

I have had people join me at the VWL in the past in the middle of our stay. They called me when they arrived and I met them in the lobby. I already had their room keys from when I checked in so we didn't need to have new ones made. They gave my name at the security gate and told the guard that they were staying with me. I even picked up their parking pass when I checked in.

It really isn't a problem.
