It's been exactly two years since we watched the Puma drive off with it's new family. Two long years. Well, here's what we adopted today. We'll probably go local and easy this year with our next Fort trip in January, 2011.

You bought a McDonalds, congrats I am jealous!

Nice - looks like it is going to be a good camping year. I hope this means things have turned around as well and that the economy is better for all.

Nice tow vehicle too. Just helped my dad bring home a new tow vehicle last night, an 08 F450 with the dual rear wheels and 8 foot bed. I figured I was there to drive the old truck home (did not trade). He handed me the keys to the new toy and told me to have fun, don't put any dents in it. I think he is trying to get me to trade in my Toyota. It did ride nice, and was real quiet for a diesel.

That's the McDonald's on I-95 at the Selma exit. Everyone from up north passes it. Feel free to stop by and tell them you know me. Then just take your food and walk out.

Really nice! Better get those ressies at Jordan soon -- Crosswinds opens in April!

That and Falls Lake will be our first trips. We've been to Crosswinds one time but now that we're closer to Jordan than Falls, we'll go there more often.

It's one of the quietest diesels I've ever heard. Several people have commented about that. The TT weighs around 8300. It pulled great. We've also got an Equalizer WD hitch this time. Very stable.

As for the economy, it took them over two weeks to get it here from Indiana. It was already built and just sitting on the shipping yard. The Sabre rep said they had over 300 drivers running RVs all over the country and were still behind. Drivers are being offered incentives to increase their runs but they still have to follow DOT rules. That's got to be a good sign. :thumbsup2

Jamie, very nice, I am glad you are back in the camping game! Hope you have lots of fun in the new trailer!

I really like your truck, it looks vaguely familiar, lol this is what I got last night.
