Went to Canobie Lake Park (Salem, NH) yesterday

The Italian place in the park is very good. The food overall isn't that bad. I'd just avoid the burgers. A couple miles down the road is the Rockingham Mall and they have a typical food court and Bertuccis, if you really don't like what you see at CLP. But overall the food isn't that bad. And the fried dough is awesome!

Actually, I thought the park food was decent. Off the top of my head there are the following sit down restaurants:

An Italian place right by the Lake - serving pasta/pizza

Was it called the Portofino? If so that is where I spent most of my time working while I was there.. I'm surprised it's still there almost 20 years later

Yes, Portifino is still there....didn't eat there tho.
