Well, tomorrow is the big day...Bawb Memorial Podcast

What are your thoughts on this eve of the podcast release? I'm excited, yet sad and nervous all in one. I know deep down that it'll be a beautiful tribute and memorial, but anticipate many tears.

I don't know what I think. I listen to old podcasts so often that in my mind, Bob is still around. I think the memorial show is going to be really hard. Even though I know it will be beautiful, I'm kinda dreading it. Well, maybe dread is the wrong word, something like that though. I was sort of hoping they'd put it up tonight. I'd rather listen to it in the evening so I have time to take it all in, rather than before I have to go to work.

It still seams kinda surreal to me. Eventually it will hit though. I go through this every time I suffer a loss. It takes my mind a bit of time to wrap around things.

I'm guessing that I'll have to listen to the Memorial Podcast at home because I don't want to risk the water works turning on at work.

I'm also slightly afraid to listen. I usually listen while I'm working out but I think the other gym goers will find me even more odd than usual if I'm welling up while sweating on the elliptical. On second thought ... maybe they won't discern the tears from the beads of sweat

Me too. More laughter than tears.....so fitting.

The tribute show is excellent...so heartfelt, but so funny and absolutely touching. I was nervous to listen, but shouldn't have been. It was a celebration of Bawb and just perfect.

I've listened (sort of) to most of the podcast so far. I plan to finish up on the drive home though. I was listening here at work and decided to stop because I was tired of people looking at me like I had lost my marbles because I am obviously alone up here, but i'm laughing hysterically.

All I can say is Classic Bawb...I should bill the Podcast team for a new monitor. Mine has diet coke all over it...

ETA: I didn't realize there were two podcasts today!!! The only I have been listening to is the Best of Bob show. I'll listen to the other one at home tonight

I heard an undiscovered gem (for me) on the Best of Bob show. I don't know how, but I NEVER heard the immigration ceremony show. I thought I'd listened to all the old pod casts, but missed this one somehow. It was absolutely freaking hilarious. It was so cool to hear a Bob moment I'd never heard before. They did a great job picking out the segments. Especially the last one...it was always one of my favorites too.

I heard an undiscovered gem (for me) on the Best of Bob show. I don't know how, but I NEVER heard the immigration ceremony show. Ah, but which version of the immigration show is it? The original, or the revised? Either way, that is definitely the biggest train wreck I remember in my year of listening to Bob's train wrecks.

About a month ago, I started sharing the podcasts with DH during our daily commutes, so I'll start listening this evening.
