I am just going by how my clothes fit to see how working out is, um, working out for me lol.

well I stepped on the scale today and Guess what??
In the last 3 weeks I have lost 8 pounds!!!!

Ok Ok I know that isnt a HUGE loss but my goal was to get healthy losing weight is just a nice side benefit. I can see it in my muscles and my shape is really improving lol.

Anyway, I just wanted to share with you all! :)

Im really happy about it :)


I have been going 5 days a week to the Y MWF I do 20 min of cardio on the bike ( with the granny seat amazing what having 3 kids will do to you :rolleyes: ) then about 40 minutes on the weights on my upper body, abs, and thighs.
T and TH I go to PT there so I work out in the pool with a physical therapist for 40 minuts so I dont injure my knees ( Ive had 2 surgeries on my right knee and will eventually need to have both of them replaced) Thats almost a harder workout cardio-wise I do 2 laps of jogging in the pool that is TOUGH!!! on top of everything else I do with PT that is probably the biggest challenge I have.

I'm watching what I eat a little bit but that hasn't been my main focus this time, maybe that's why it's working for me?
