And more good news today...I had emailed Jar's teacher on friday telling her that I might want to try and get Jarrod an IEP using the OHI (other Health Impaired...which means ADHD and such) and say that it is adversely affecting his academic performance in school. His grades did drop a little over the last quarter...not significantly but he didn't make up much ground. So today she emails me and tells me that she agrees with me that an OHI IEP might be the best way to go. She even said, "I will be also be looking for anything he does that is NOT on grade level so there will be some leverage there." So I know she will help me make a case for the labeling. This appears to be the only way to get him the services he needs. I feel a little better about it!!...

Thanks Tara. I have to admit something embarrassing. One thing I've never experienced or understood was people getting upset, sad, angry, depressed when their team loses, etc. Well... NOW I know!! Sheesh! It sucks! Woke up feeling so bummed. Took me awhile to realize why. How pitiful is that? Sigh. Well... another day, another race. It looked like it just wasn't his day. Anybody see the officials try and pull him off the wall when he was trying to get on the ice for the B semi? What a bunch of maroons.

Kimmie, I admit I haven't been keeping up on the Olympics yet, but sorry about it. Yep, it sucks when your team loses... especially when emotionally attached (or in your case... a bit mroe than that )

Kitty is an outside kitty. He has a kitty door into the garage and usually is in there a LOT...that's where the food is But the food hasn't been touched since Christin refilled it all on the 5th

We bought things at The World of Disney and had them shipped here. Bought on the 3rd.....hopefully soon. Also bought at the resort and had shipped but they told us that would ship the 8th, so I don't expect it yet.
