Thanks again for all of the wonderful birthday wishes. I have really had a wonderful day. And it just keeps getting better...rumor has it a certain YaYa may be blowing by my neck of the woods on Sunday!! I am BEYOND excited!!!
The lady that was supposed to call about the job, never did. I am thinking that she is still waiting for HR to give her the offer number and I will be hearing from her forst thing Monday morning. At least that is what I am hoping for!!
The house is officially listed with the realtor and the people that were supposed to come and walk through it yesterday did tonight. I think they really liked it. They are going through another unit that is a block away. A guy owns that one and it seems to be somewhat of a bachelor pad and not really decorated...and he wants a grand more than we are asking...so we will see how it all pans out. The girl is REALLY young...like early20's and seems to be getting LOTS of help from daddy. But hey, whatever works. The girl said she was ready to move in and the mom said she thinks that she would join her!!
Not getting my hopes up too high though. How cool would it be if I ended up selling the house after all of this? Methinks that a Disney commision would be in order!!

In a word....DELICIOUS!!!! Imagine a layer of chocolate layer cake smothered in a layer of luscious strawberries, toped with a layer of banana cake smothered with custard and sliced bananas then a layer of white cake iced with whipped cream and covered with buttercream roses.
I had a very small slice and was in heaven. Man, that is some good eating!!!! Of course I did have to take a little exta insulin to counter it...
but YUMMY!!

Well tomorrow is another day of fun. Haircuts in the morning and then we are heading into the city to see if we can score some lottery tickets for Wicked. We have tried three other times to no avail, so we are not hopeful, but ya gotta try anyway. Then out to lunch if we don't get the tickets. Sunday is a full day as well....I am so excited!! And now I am off to bed. I am a pooped puppy!!

DS's theory was that he couldn't release it from one end, so he used the other.... We didn't think to ask the vet - we were just so relieved to discover that we wouldn't be shelling out thousands of dollars for an operation!
