Wow, really quiet here... wonder were everyone has been?

Of course I am not helping since, for the next three days I will be really busy and not online much at all.

Todd, do any good golfing lately? I think I need to send Luis to you so he can play more.

I just hope that works for me, Sherry. Thought I do keep crossing my fingers that it won't be there when we fly on the 1st. Hopefully that will work though.

Tara, get any pics of the car?

I might not have as much computer time this week, since Junior is off this week.

Getting ready to head to Sam's Club. Need to order Jonathan's cake and pick up some stuff for his party. Gonna swing by the Boricua Festival too and see what all they have.

Elaine, crossing my fingers for you that the airline stuff won't be so strict when you leave. One more reason why I am glad I am afraid to fly.

Sherry...good luck getting every thing done before the birthday party!

The cinamon rolls were very yummy!! Then to top it off we had BLTs for lunch!! nothing like a million calories for breakfast and lunch!!!

Went to the mall and bought a BAB for Colleen. her birthday is in a couple of weeks and this summer is our 25th anniversary I can't beleive we have known each other that long!! I got the bunny with the long ears that is super soft. I got a shirt that says "Beary Best Friends" and I got her a pair of blue jean shorts with little jewels! I named her Queenie because that is what we used to call colleen at the Girl's Club "Queenie Colleenie". I hope she likes it!!

I'm off to do some sewing. I'll be back later. I think we are going to Busch Gardens tomorrow because the hight is supposed to be 82 tomorrow. woohoo!!

Morning, all!

I survived working every hour the store was open this week, woohoo! Go me!

My SIL is making me a belated b'day dinner-wish me luck, lol. There is a story that I've heard about her feeding Ed spaghetti sauce that had peanut butter in it. It *sounds* like she plans to make one of my recipes for dinner, but we'll hold off judgement until later.

I've got three days off to make up for the amount of hours this week. Sleep is on the agenda. Although we're rather tempted to drop the kids at school on Tuesday and just the two of us go to Busch Gardens.

Lainey, great seats for that concert!

Tara, I think your life is living the Pepperidge Farm slogan-"Never an Ordinary Day" (I only know that because we pass PF on the way to the in laws. Go on Nessie and the Wolf for me, please. I prefer your BG to my BG!

Todd, consider this-braces now are so much better than they were in 1978! That's all I'll say about that subject. And that lots of adults I know have them-and you can barely tell!

Lily, woohoo on a day off!

Judie, thanks for the update-I guess there was no room in the car after they packed their luggage?

Bethie, are you as crazy busy as I am? In the past week, I've met both of the smiling faces that you've seen in Centreville. One was excited to look around our place and see what they'd be having next month!

oh my gosh we must be on page 400 by now!!

Back from Busch Gardens. We survived the day.....
Jarrod started the day off throwing one heck of a hissy fit...locked him in his bedroom and threatened to leave him home alone while we went to BG. That settled him down quickly and he was a jewel the rest of the day!

Arrived at BG to discover that I couldn't find my card and that jarrod's was at home where we put it after his dad took him the last time. Finally found my card and went to Guest services to get Jar a pass to get in today. Tried to use my card and the computer said that the card was inactive. OOOPS! The card its on has a new exp. date and I forgot to update it. But we got that straight and all was good!!

We ate at the smokehouse for dinner! yummy!! The kids played for a long time in the kid area and Ethan got to ride all the rides he wanted. I didn't make it on to any of the coasters. I thought I had forgotten my motion sickenss bracelets and we rode the tea cups and Ethan and Jar loved it...me not so much. Then we rode a kiddie ride that goes in circles going up and down (like small little hills) and tht one just about killed me! I didn't feel right the rest of the day. So no coasters for me!

We did see a few minutes of Trick Pony in the new amphitheater area and that was cool. All in all it was a good day!!

Whoo, Suzanne!! That was quite a week you put in!! Glad you have some time off now to make up for it. I think you and Ed deserve a day at BG by yourselves, too! So you got to meet the Centreville folks, huh?! They have all been so nice to me there. I didn't know it was available, so I took my own low-sodium salt with me for our June session and then accidently left it behind. When I went back for July, it was right there on the shelf with my name on a label on it! That Peaches and Cream french toast was spectacular, by the way. Really looking forward to the Berry Breakfast Cobbler, now! And Dave gobbled up the honey-molasses drumsticks, too.

What a great way to spend a Sunday, Sherry! Glad ya had a good time. so when ya'll cookout, do you cook anything special or just do the traditional hot dogs and hamburgers?

Wow, those were some super seats you had for Bo, huh, Laine?! Round here, they call that the "spit zone" I heard back from my sister and she said Teresa's professional debut went extremely well. I don't know what songs she sang, but the stage manager came to my sister with tears in his eyes and said he'd like her back for the Christmas show! What a proud mama, to say the least!!

Gee, Judie no sooner gets home and kimmar takes off!! Sigh.....still got 2 1/2 months before we get to see the Mouse again.

Way to go on sneaking in a day off, Lily! And so glad you were able to spend it the way you liked. A little R&R can go a long way to improving anyone's job performance and general outlook! Always good to see the numbers going down on that countdown, too
