Ugh, itchy eyes and all that has turned into a bad headache... been trying to sleep it off

Liz, the only one that really touches my allergies is benadryl. I haven't taken any today yet, but Claritin is good for some others for me. Haven't tried Allegra.

Sue, I hope your DH made it back safely I have to say I don't do McD's much for breakfast, lunch or dinner... after working there in HS I had become very burnt out. Every once in a while I get a taste for it though

Evening, yayas. What a day...I took a soak in the tub (reading Harry Potter), had a nap (kinda, Neil kept coming in and asking if he could have this or that) and surfing the net. Nuking some dinner right now. It's still yucky out, so it's a good thing I planned for that.

DH checked in without a problem...they took the Herbie off the pedestal at AS Movies...Boo Boo was bummed. He's the kid who makes us walk around a resort and look at all the theming. He loved his plane ride, and is just a chatterbox today...although that is getting on hubby's nerves a bit! Gotta love free mobile to mobile. He'll probably call back in a bit.

Lainey, I had one of those headaches this am, and the itchy eyes, yuck! Right there with ya on those, and my ear STILL won't drain, even with the sudafed.

Those cakes look scruptious. I want to bake one, but with only me and Neil here, the primary cake consumers would come home to 3/4 of a cake that was stale!

Off I go, to check out cruise info!

Haven't been around much. Been sick since the middle of last week. Went to the doc and i have strep just like Jar. So I've been sleeping and taking meds. Went to the dis to work today and now I'm exhuasted. I'll do a ketchup tomorrow or the next day. If you move leave a forwarding address.

One last thing before I hit the hay...a mini haha for all of you...remember my dear SIL Michele, well, I will be babysitting the girls tomorrow and they called me tonight BEGGING that I make grlled cheese for lunch because we all know mommy can't make them, and could we maybe make some cookies? How pathetic is it that a forty something woman can't make a grilled cheese and a batch of chocolte chip cookis??????

I just don't get it!!!!BTW, they eat out ALL of the time. They NEVER eat at home. Quite sad actually. The only way they get homecooked food, is if I make it.

OK, off to bed for me nighty nite!!

Liz, sorry about your allergies. Poor girls. Hope they enjoy spending time with you today and eating some home-cooked food.

We did end up going to our friend's house on Sat. Took us almost an hour to get there. Usually only takes about 30 minutes. Roads were OK coming home, though.

Boys are off school today, and they are off tomorrow, too. Jordan spent the night at a friend's house last night. I have both kids I babysit today, too. Gonna be a full house.

a rubber ball!! No lie!! Jello cups work great for me!!

HEHEHE I must be related to your sil because I don't cook grilled cheese I burn grilled cheese and a home cooked meal for my son is when we go to the Olive Garden (since they say you are like family!!!)

My son even said the other day that grandma is the "cooker" and mommy is not!!!

Off from school today for the holiday, going out to lunch, the cross stitich store, and then the travel agent. Hope all have a great day!!

Okay it stinks, we don't get any holidays off here at work until Memorial Day Kind of stinks to go from January on to May to get one. But such is life

Liz, have fun today!! I will say chewey jello is good... my grandmother couldn't ever get it through her head that she makes 2 boxes (and she alwyas made 2 boxes) that she would need double the water. Sooooo... she would always make 2 boxes and one cup of water... never did turn out

Actually I have a quick (lazy man's) grilled cheese sandwich that never fails. Toast 2 pieces of bread, butter if you like, put cheese on the bread and microwave for like 15 seconds. Not as good as the real thing, but it works (my sister does this often)

So Tara, whatcha booking with the TA??? Huh???

I am glad they asked you, Nancy, instead of just assuming. My dad was always one who was quick to point out that he was a senior (whenever he reached those ages) A couple of dollars to the DIsney fun is great

I just looked at my rewards total and I currently have $38 that I can spend!!! They say it is only 1% cash back, but I swear I didn't think I've spend that much since December Who cares, I'll get to use it
