Good morning, everyone!! Busy, busy day yesterday since this is DH's weekend off and I've probably put on a good 10 lbs.--didn't eat at home once! Let's see, we got up early so we could be at the door when the new Air and Space Museum opened at 10. Spent several enjoyable hours gawking at flying machines including the Enola Gay and the Enterprise. Sigh.....Wish they allowed fat astronauts.......At lunch at Arby's and then did some grocery shopping. That was very exciting because chuck roast was 50% off! Then we brought the stuff home and watched 4 episodes of "From the Earth to the Moon". By then it was dinner time so we went for that "all you can eat" shrimp at Red Lobster. Spent the evening watching the first 4 episodes from the 1st season of Stargate SG-1! Still can't get my fill of space and sci-fi!! LOL!!

Liz, you stay off that foot today and let it heal real good so you can party hearty at WDW!!! Want you to be well enuff for our mini meet in Chicago in April, too!!!

Kristy, did you get your homework done?!! Thanks for putting the idea in my head to check for Stargate on video! DH is arranging his NetFlix requests so I get at least 4 episodes a week!! We decided to start at the beginning and just watch 'em all! I'm a happy girl now!!!

Morning, yaya's. I got out of bed WAY too early, but at least the men are on the plane, on their way to Disney World! Neil and I stopped at McDonald's on the way home for breakfast. I'm too tired, probably will take a nap and let him have the tv without anyone bothering him!
It's too yucky outside to do anything.

Beth, I was thinking of going down to the Museum on Wednesday with Neil...I hear it's very crowded on the weekend, and it's hurting my business, lol!

Deena, glad you had a nice night out...mmmmn, I've wanted a good steak from a restaurant for a while!

Poor Todd, his warm spot in front of the TV was taken away! The TLC shows I tend to watch DH will watch, too. However, since I'm not the big TV fan, it ends up with guy stuff on almost all the time...we're in the down time now (cept for Mondays on Discovery) because there's no racing and the Dakar is over.

Liz, STAY OFF THAT ANKLE!!!! Do you want to have more surgery? Don't over do it, I've been there...not fun!

Yes, I'm tired, I hit post accidentally when popping back and forth between windows.

Morning all! Eyes are still a little watery and nose a little runny, although much better than yesterday! It's funny but, benadryl doesn't really knock me out, but I do sleep more soundly if I have taken it. Don't know if that made sense.

Deena - we ate at Texas Roadhouse last Sunday!! I love their sweet potatoes and those rolls and that awesome honey butter! I could just eat those things and be happy!!

Suzanne - was it hard for your little guy to watch his Dad and brother get on the plane to Disney??

Elaine, I feel for you and your allergies! I am having the same problems...dontcha jsut love the feeling of scratching your eyes out!!!! Hope you are feeling better. I find that Allegra (a perscription allergy med) really works great for me!! Claritan does not touch my allergies!

Todd, did you get your TV spot back? Did Amanda keep it nice and warm for you? You said you are gonna miss me by a week....do you have a Disney trip planned? Or did I read that wrong????? Enjoy your TV watching!! We miss you

PoohSue is free and single for a while!!! Whooo hooo...glad you got your men off to Florida...I am jealous with envy!! I am now counting the days until my trip...yeah!! Sounds like the space museum is awesome, I hope you are able to enjoy your day there!

Beth, when you go out for shrimp again, can I come with???Greg hates seafood and wil never go to Red Lobster, or any other fish place. I have been watching the AUCE shrimp commercials, and I am sure I could eat them out of scampi!! Yummy!! Sounds like you have a fun day......I love to go to the museum.

I'm back. I'm waiting for DH to call, Southwest's site says the plane arrived. I think he's probably going to call from the Hooters at the Airport!

Pam, Neil was absolutely fine with them going. He gave them both a big hug and said to have a good time. He said last week that he wanted peace and quiet, and that sums up how he feels most of the time. He had the mistaken impression that he was going to get the gamecube back, though!

Elaine, I don't do McD's all that much anymore, but I didn't feel like making breakfast today. What I really wanted was Cracker Barrel, but the wallet is empty this week! I'm in the mood for their pecan pancakes. Tried to get DH to take us there last night, but I was happy with his choice, Macaroni Grill. I had the yummiest pork chops.
