I have to admit, Paula, not too keen on that shirt. I just pictured one that simply said "Blondes have more fun" I thought that would've been cuter

I have read the Ya Ya book before. Call me crazy, but I didn't care for it much. Thought the "older" characters were stuck up snots. I heard the movie was good though.

Liz, I will hope too that they never find yoru shuffle... the Nanos look so cute! What color? Oh and do they sell screent protectors to put on top so they don't scratch as much?

Now I have caught up on the cabana boy talk, my only cabana boy I would normally have to worry about would be at WDW anyway, so both my other two are safe!!!!
That does mean she will be torturing Dorkaskater, right?

Suzanne, hope you have a nice day with your step dad! I am sorry that what happenes to Padme upsets Kevin though. Can't say I was that attached to the character!

JRKaren - it was everyone else's fault that 90 pages of chatter were added last night......

Nancy - you're right - THEY were a very wild and rowdy bunch last night, weren't they?? Where did we go wrong in raising them??

Tiara - I've never had a waterboy strapped to my back either.... but there's always a first time for everything!

Lainey - they do make cases for the Nano -- they're just now coming out with some selections. DS's Nano literally got scratched taking it out of the box! That's the big complaint everyone is talking about.

Suzanne - never saw those t-shirts, but DD wouldn't wear those.

I have to order ski boots today -- and clean the house.

Scratching straight from the box isn't good! I do know iPods are so smooth they do scratch (at least mine is a wee bit, but not awful), but I wouldn't be happy if it scratched before I could even try to use it!

Off to clean, shower & vacuum... I think in that order too

The brother that cheesed me royally has a present in his email today! He went to complain to my younger sister about how I 'jumped' him in the car and when he asked me to come pick him up. Uh, no, you told me check out time is at 12-that's not asking me to pick you up.

It probably won't change anything, and he'll probably delete it once he reads #2 of my 12 item diatribe, but I feel better that I wrote it!

BTW, how many of you have had parenting advice from someone who didn't have kids? How many of you with kids have had someone who doesn't complain about your organized but untidy home being 'filthy'?

At least he's gone!

You guys lose me in the iPod/Nano talk.....I should know more. Dave's young engineer spent about 9 months practically living at Apple designing the microchip in the nano....so they had nothing to do with the scratchability.
Cute thing though.....he has been married a year. He put his wedding date on the inside and hoped that would help him at home with his wife since he has been gone so much
I do have a mini sitting in the closet for a Chrsitmas present.

I'm all for moving to DL Grand Californian please.....top floor, presidental suite.

Actually, I'm one of the resident prudes and I did not think those shirts were that bad (well, maybe the "Who needs brains when you have these" wouldn't be one for a kid). I've seen much worse fashions I would rather girls take a stand on than T-shirts with a very light hearted blonde joke.

I went to order them today - and the price went up $10.00 on EACH set! They must have been on sale, and then it went off today. They were $24.95 each and now the price is $34.95. Then there was an almost $13.00 shipping charge. If your store carries them - are they worth the price??

And - have you seen the 4 Princess fluted bell ornament set? Is it nice?

I have the fairy and the Sleeping Beauty storybook sets....very nice. They are regular $35.....I hope they sell them in the store for you because postage is bad....but since the store and online aren't owned by the same place anymore, they might not.
Maybe they will have another free shipping promotion.
