Morning all...went home from work early yesterday and slept. Haven't felt well all week. Back at work today....ibuprofen is keeping the headache at bay, but not the sneezing, etc.

Sherry...hopefully the pain of the Dr. appt will be short. I know I hate when it major $$ are being spent. Seems to take me a couple months to recoop.

Elaine...it isn't bad working out in front of individuals. Most of reading or into their own things, so not looking your way. I always wonder what people think when they move the weight amount after I am done...probably what a weakling. I haven't been to the gym in a year, but am thinking of rejoining once the one at my new worksite is built. All depends on their hours.

Just a quick note to say goodbye to everyone! I'm leaving for the airport in about 45 minutes. I'll be in Orlando at 1:40. Yay!

Still a bit congested, although the sore throat seems to be gone. I went to bed at 9:30 last night, woke up at 3:30 wide away. I watched a little TV, and then just relaxed until about 6:30. I'm avoiding taking more decongestant until it's closer to my flight time.

So, hugs to everyone. I'll tell Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, and the gang you say hello!

Good morning, all! Yet another cloudy, rainy, dreary day here, too. I've had enough and we are getting away this weekend!!

BTW, I talked with Liz last night and she is safe and sound in Vegas, playing the penny slots! She adopted a little old lady named Peggy on the plane and they've been playing bingo together!! Can't trust those little old ladies, so we better get that bail fund ready!! Just might need it.

Sherry, I'm right with you on the not quite sick, not chatty, and feelin' blue. I've been there for the last coupla weeks. Good luck at the eye doc--I'll pray that the checkbook doesn't scream too loudly!

Lainey, I agree, the weather is definitely bringing on the blues and the sluggishness. Just want to hole up with that comforter, right?!

Hi, Amanda! I agree, most of the other people at the gym are not paying much attention and not looking at you. I found that as long as I had a book of my own, I could ignore them, too, and not feel so self concious! Wish I could get back to swimming, though. But they closed too many lanes and there were just too many rough guys in the water. They really needed to designate a lane just for us slow baby whales!! And now my pants are all getting tight again.....

Lily, you've done such a great job on your Wish challenge and your 1/2 marathon training!! You are an inspiration, believe me!! for sending Ted back to work, but good for him!! Glad his recovery has gone so well!!

Bethie, I was literally *just* thinking about you. Yes, curling up in a comforter sounds perfect to me. I really think I am going to have to dig out my laptop more because I get so blah feeling sitting at a computer... ...the more I think about, the more I may be leaning towards a split stay. We will be driving, after all, so changing locations will not be too much of a problem. As far as the cooking goes (yeah, who wants to cook on vaca??!?!?! ), it might be a blessing in disguise, cuz', since my DH was diagnosed with Celiac Disease, it may be easier to just cook his meals than to find a gluten-free menu at the WDW restaurants....

Sunshine is here! I’m spreading ours around a bit for all that need some. Hope it helps with all those blahs and cooties.

Gym workout: recumbent bike, weight machines circuit du jour , jogging on the eensy teensy track, swimming. Yes I squeeze a bit of it all in there in the hour and a half to two hours I go. They have different “classes” that I have been looking at participating, but I’m still not sure—kinda shy about that.

I figure what Amanda says, I don’t worry at all about what it is I look like. I figure if I look bad enough maybe they will take pity on me and let me use the equipment first!

I figure if they can do it, so can I!

In reality, I think she is probably way to busy with her mom in the hospital to notice much right now.
