Junior came home and surprised me last night with tix. I am soooooooo excited!!
The concert is at the end of March.....I can't wait!

He tells me of times he has thought about it, but my constant concern of $ keeps him from doing it....guess I only have myself to blame.... By the way...thought I told you to keep the snow up there.

Tara...I think we have all had the 'zipper issue' before. Glad you were able to work something out.

Nancy...I dread looking for a black dress. I will need to start in the next month or so. Good luck with your search.

Signatures...just took mine out. Too complicated for me. It said that pictures had to be sized before you could have them in your signature, mine wasn't. Oh well...

OK, I'm getting my payback.........snow started in the wee hours of the morning, we already have a good covering. All the schools are closed and a winter storm warning is in effect until 1AM tomorrow. It is supposed to snow continuously all the way till about 8:00 tonight and they are forecasting 4-7 inches. With the low expected to be around 20 degrees tonight, I don't expect the roads to be very nice tomorrow morning, either. And we are supposed to be leaving the church at 8 in the morning for the bell festival!!!! It's normally about a 5 hour drive--I'm just hoping we make it in time for opening bell at 6PM.

Off to scrape the windows and warm up the car..............ketchup with ya'll later!

Beth, no offense to N. VA, but don't y'all use salt there? If that's the case, the roads should be good by tomorrow morning. I might be used to Ohio clearning though, but salt usually works wonders (when our stupid city remembers to use it... still grumbling about my drive this morning). Stay safe though... I hope the storm dies down a little for you

Oh so it is your fault we got jipped!! I was really counting on some snow this morning!!!! So now i'm in a foul mood! All i got was nasty cold rain...so now I'm blaming JRKaren for this...she stole our snow!!!

Okay....west coast weather is reversed. S. CA is getting our rain and we have been VERY dry. Cold nights, gorgeous sunny days. We hit 60º yesterday

Ummmm, salt water freezes at 19º. With a forecast low of 20º, that's just a little too close for comfort. VA uses a combination of salt and sand, so hopefully all the roads will have been treated and will be good by the time we head out in the morning.

LOL!! Oh, Tara, I've been there with the broken zipper, too!! Glad you were able to remain "presentable". Only thing worse is having the inner thigh seam give way when squatting down so you can be eye to eye with one of your 1st graders at Sunday School! Sorry you are not getting any of this snow--it looked like you would from the weather map!
