Congratulations Lisa!
Question of the Day - Wednesday
What one lifestyle change you have made that was the easiest? What one was the hardest?
I was torn. The person that I thought was going home, really did need to be there but was never going to be able to be a big contributor to the team. I do think they shot themselves in the foot and will likely get a second chance to send that person home next week.Did watch BL tonigh and was shocked at the person sent home... (No spoilers in case someone hasn't watched it)
Question of the Day
What are different ways you reward yourself for reaching milestones/goals?

QOTD-
I'm bad at rewarding myself too. One thing I did was make a simple thing using MS Excel. It looks like a simple thermometer that I put all the numbers starting with my start weight (on the bottom) and went all the way up to my goal. Now when I lose weight I make the numbers I lost red.
Good luck tomorrow everyone......I'm praying I break my (self inflicted) plateau.
Exercise has been the easiest for me this time. I'm finally in a great routine of getting up 30-60 min earlier, and doing a video. Curbing junk food and snacking has been the toughest challenge for me.Question of the Day - Wednesday

I plan to buy myself a new pair of cowboy boots when I hit 181. That is the weight I was the very first time I started ww about 20 years ago, and i was 45 pounds heavier starting this time. It's taking me a long time, but I won't buy those boots til I see that number again. My feet grew when I had my son, and my none of my boots fit, but the boots I loved are over 200$ and I can't justify buying them right now..
