Hey, PA people! This is strange, must be something in the air here that we're all Disney nuts! I'm from Lancaster County.
Have any of you attended the Magic Meet? I've gone every year but the first. It's held in Camp Hill in the summer. Anyone can go, but it sells out quickly, and it's a blast!

This is just what I needed to come here and be inspired by everyone who is doing so well this week. Good for you Melanie, and you will do awesome at the competitions this weekend. I am going to climb back in that wagon right now!!

That is true it is nice now. I used to go to WW in Quakertown, Saturday Am or Thurs Am. Have you ever been?
I haven't been to the Thursday one, but I have done the Saturday AM ones a few years back.

Just an FYI, I am on call this weekend, so I might not get to the responses right away, but I will get to them.

Good morning! I didn't do very well with food for the first half of the week, and not enough exercising, so I was up 1.3lbs this week. Which nicely leads into the QOTD. I'm disappointed, but not surprised and I know where I blew it, so learn from it and move on.
I haven't been fully committed. I am doing much better than I have in months, but not enough. I need to quit eating so much on the weekends. Even this past weekend when I did better, I went way over WW points. I need to cut way back on the sweets. When I lost weight a couple of years ago I think that was the key. I didn't eat any sweets during the week and I would allow myself something like a candy bar or split a dessert on the weekends. I am eating way to many empty calories. I also need to kick up the exercise. I am exercising 4 or 5 times a week but not the intensity/length that I need.
