She's better Michele, but she is dragging the one leg, the doc said because she has no sensation in it right now due to the discs pinching off the spinal cord. He said that as the swelling goes down in about 2 weeks, she should be good as new, but that I need to keep her separated from the other 2 dogs from now on because this could easily reoccur while they are playing. So she is now a permanent house dog and won't be allowed out in the kennel this summer. She won't like that much, because she loves to go out and sun, and run and play. She has never acted as old as she is, always acts like a puppy. This will also be heck on the beagle, because she cries at night if Lucy doesn't sleep with her in her crate.

Dh always goes with me to the grocery store. He used up the last of what we were missing on several things and failed to tell me.

Michele besides forgetting to tell me what he used the last of today he has been eating like its his last day on earth. I got mad at him because he is not being the LEAST bit serious about this diet. What clued me in originally was him buying two brand new pair of pants today. If he really thought he was going to lose any weight he would have waited till he absolutely needed them. Heck mine are falling off but I refuse to buy new ones until I absolutely cant wear them anymore. I said some things tonight I sort of regret but I meant it. Some feelings came out that were very buried. I was not the least bit nice though and that bugs me.

Poor Lucy. Poor Beagle!!! Can you put the beagles crate next to Lucy's and maybe that will calm her down?? She would still be close but not in the crate with Lucy.

Also, concerning an earlier post. I wasn't knocking VISITING Vegas, I guess I just can't get as excited about it as those who are planning to visit. Someone asked what there is to do there besides gamble. Holy Cow!!! How long do you have??? You could spend three years in Vegas, do something different everyday and never do the same thing twice. About fifteen years ago they finally wised up and realized that they needed to make the town more "family friendly".

Sam's Town: great atmosphere; waterfall w/ show (free shuttle from Harrahs. From here you can get a free shuttle to downtown/Freemont St to see the Freemont St Experience. As long as you stay late, free shuttle back)

Ceasars: audioanimatronic characters/shows at fountains in the Forum Shops (their mall)

My parents know Vegas like we all know WDW, so they tell me where to find all the free stuff and free shuttles. LOL... who needs a guidebook when I can ask them? Even if Vegas isn't your place, you should at least see it once. Just the size and scope of everything is *amazin*! Plus all the lights... Hoo boy.... And all the free drinks. And sometimes-cheap food.
