HI JODIE!!!! How was grocery shopping??

Just had breakfast for dinner. We ate lunch so late no one was really hungry for dinner.

Hi Karen! Grocery shopping was...well...grocery shopping. Not my favorite task. The kids and Bob had burgers on the grill and I had grilled turkey cutlets covered with yummy mushrooms and a salad. I love breakfast for dinner though!

Bonnie all day I have been meaning to say I am so sorry about your little Lucy. I hate it when the furbabies are sick.

And Karen's pants are fallin off??? COOL!!!

GP bought out the Disney store today...and Disney stocks will rise on Monday??? GP isn't it this kind of info that got Martha Stewart in a heap of trouble??? LOL!!! Nope...no distubance in the force by "Master Joda"!!! HAHAHAHAHA!!!

Kim...um...yep...that's my D-O-C....and he's lookin good for someone who is unemployed!!! Phew!

Jodie your dinner sounds YUMMY. Ive never seen turkey cutlets down here. That is something I would buy. I love turkey.

I must be weird. I dont mind grocery shopping even with the kids along. I need to go tomorrow. We are out of a lot of stuff that dh failed to tell me about. Grrrrrr we were just at the grocery store today picking up low fat ice cream sandwhiches and I could have picked it up then! Just another reason I am ready to cheeto him tonight LOL

I am such a BAD yaya mama! Wait till I tell you what I've done to DD now! She thinks she is cute when she dresses hip hop. You know, the pants down past their butt, the big baggy shirt, the shoes untied with the tongues sticking out, and the hat on backwards. So guess how Mom was dressed as I was walking around the house tonight? DD laughed so hard she cried, told me how ridiculous I looked, and then asked did she really look that stupid when she is dressed like that (this last comment I took as a compliment, I figured I must have the look down right...). So bad yaya mama that I am, what did I do? I had DH take pictures so I can use them to embarass her. J/K, well just about the embarass her part. I will have to post them when I get them developed. I have to say that her assessment of how I looked was dead on. I looked just as ridiculous as she does when she dresses like that!

Thanks, Jodie. She got a shot of Dexamethasone, is on prednisone and an NSAID for a week, daily heat and massage treatment (given by mom), and crate rest for 2 weeks. Poor puppy, I couldn't stay in bed for 2 weeks for nothing!

Oh, hm...guess what Regan did (yeah, that's who did it)? Somehow the freezer door was left open (just cracked) all our meat thawed out but was still very cold. DH decided to re-freeze it, if we have anything that tastes bad, we will pitch everything. The only thing he did get rid of was the fish that was over a 1 1/2 yr old (finally, gosh if I would have known this was all it would take ) and the tv dinners that we on the door. I think I might encourage him to get rid of the bread, that may not re-freeze good. The one thing we do is package all our meat in those foodsaver bags and they all still had their seal. We shall see.

The rest of the day was spent re-doing our banister/woodworking (DH) and painting (me). I am sick of painting.

Vegas isn't one of my "have to go there or life will not be complete" places. Sounds interesting though.

Mark, when did you put the monorail in? It's annoying. J/K the motion is a tad much...but it's ok.

Poor Lucy. I couldnt do two weeks in bed either. Now the heat and the massages daily THAT I could go for ROFL!
