Welcome packet?

Our first trip to Aulani was in 2013 and we received a welcome packet in the mail. We have a stay booked in one month and haven't received anything yet from them. Do they still send out the welcome packets?

I stay on DVC, and only got one the first time we stayed.

We leave for our first aulani trip in one month (YAY!) and haven't received anything in the mail from them. I wish we would have-that would be so exciting! lol

Just out of curiosity, what did the welcome packet contain?

It had a map of the resort, lists of things to do, dining options, etc.

We leave in 10 days and have received nothing. This is our first time staying at our 'home' resort.

It would be nice, we will be there in 6 weeks...trying to plan for a group of 6 adults!
