Weird things going on at the neighbors...

I would say any extreme change in behavior would cause anyone to be suspicious. I would continue to watch and talk to neighbors. Maybe talk to him if you get a chance. It could be that he did have a "lifestyle" change and isn't sure how his neighbors would accept it.

The possibility of a "lifestyle change" (if you mean he is now gay) doesn't bother me at all.... but if a lifestyle change means he is hanging around with and inviting dangerous people over does bother me. Come to think of it- the people who used to be around his house aren't around anymore...... another flag..... change in friendships.

Shell...... my Mom told me to get in touch with Kevin if anything else funny started going on.....great minds huh?

I think I would be more concerned about the change in his being neighborly than anything. I would just keep my eyes and ears open.

They are called jailhouse tatoos because of the way they are done. With just ink and a needle usually, not the way one would have one done in a shop. And you don't always have them because you were in jail! Some kids used to do their own that way because they were too young to go to a shop.

Most often convicts get tattoos in jail to signify that they belong to a certain "gang" within the jail, it offers them a level of protection.

Maybe you all should try approaching him and talking and see what happens and you may or may not find out what is going on. You could speculate for a long time.

I've been joking about being nosy- but I'm really not. Hell the only reason I found out the man across the street left his wife is because he took his BARKING dog with him (and even then another neighbor said, "yeah he's gone- Mr. P left and took him with him- SIX MONTHS AGO!") The only reason I saw those guys go into his house is because we happened to be walking by..... it was purely by chance. I vow to be MORE nosy though..... I have 2 kids (12 and 5) and I wanna know what is going on..... sometimes Megan is here alone..... I was gonna let her watch Jack some after school this year..... yep, I'm gonna take notice of what is going on.

Ok, I didn't realize that I was wording my earlier post so vaguely until I read some of the replies. What I was trying to say is that people in jail cannot leave and go to a tattoo parlor and get a professionally done tattoo. So they tattoo themselves with needles and ink or they get a buddy to do it for them. Someone else stated that you don't have to be in jail to get this type of tattoo and they, of course, are correct. Absolutely anyone can do this themselves but because these types of tattoos are so common to people who have been incarcerated they are called 'jailhouse tattoos'. Hope this post is not a vague as the last one, lol.
