If you see a lot of cars coming and going for short periods of time, it's probably drugs. I would let the police know your concerns, stay aware but don't obviosly write down plate numbers or videos. You don't want to out yourself as the snitch. I see nothing wrong with your concerns, more people should be keeping their eyes open to what is going on around them.

I agree. There is nothing wrong with the observations in your neighbor. I don't think it's being nosey, your curious and concerned, and since you are neighbors, justifably so.
