Does anyone have any suggestions on web sites that have the points values for restaurants? Example: I ate @ Bennigan's tonight and I need to know the points value for what I ate.

I've loaded Dottie's point values into my palm so I have them right there with me when ordering. Great help in making smart choices.

A word of caution about dwlz....I have found many items listed that were NOT correct!

For instance Macaroni Grill was WAAAAY off!

The best route is always to look up the restaurant online, and hope they list the nutrition information.

Calorieking.com is also a good place to get true nutrition info.
