I've been doing WW since April of 2010 and have stuck to it for the last year plus. The switch over came in November and I found the changes to be very positive. The fact that fruit is now "zero" pointsplus was huge to me. You also get more credit for activity.
It's sort of a mind game, but I think it is very real life doable. I've lost 33 pounds over the last year and am within a few pounds of my goal. There are always challenges in any weight loss program, but I think the WW Pointsplus program is great and is something I can incorporate into my life for the long haul.
