I have been doing weight watchers and have lost 14 pounds this year, I have reached my goal, but have become very slack this summer going to meetings (& with the kids being home all summer, I've gained about 6 of those lbs back). Anyway, DH recently said that he'd like to lose 10 lbs, but he's not going to go to WW meetings. I remember hearing a few years back that men could get more points per day than women & had a different chart (don't know if that was true), but I recently heard someone say that it is all the same now. Does anyone know if the point scale is the same for men as it is for women? For ex. I fall in the less than 150 / 20 point per day (+ any flex), would the same hold true for a man? If it is different, could someone please share it with me
please, please, please. I'd like for him to lose his 10 & I re-lose my 6 before our Oct. trip to WDW, I'm sure DH will lose all 10 before I lose even 2, men are so lucky. Thanks for any info you have.
