I'm looking for some feedback on Weight Watchers please. I went to meetings several years ago, when it was an older points plan.
Over the last couple of years, I've slowly gained a little over 30 lbs, and it needs to come off!
I liked going to the meetings before, but between work and having a toddler, none of the meeting times really meet my needs now. I could go to Saturday morning meetings I suppose, but I'm hesitant to give up my only day that I get to sleep in a little.
So, I was thinking about maybe doing it online, but I'm confused. What's the difference between Weight Watchers online, and eTools? From what I can figure out, the eTools is only for people who go to meetings, right? So, what exactly is the WW online program then?
Or, do I really need to pay for either one since there are some Weight Watchers apps for Android phones? (I saw several on the Android Play market, is any one better than the others?) I already have the WW electronic points calculator, plus the big restaurant book, and big food list book. (Those materials are from the 2011 plan, but I'm assuming that it couldn't have changed that much in a year.)
Feedback please?
