I am thinking of trying something to help me control my appetite. I know alot of you think these are a waste but I think I need something.
A little about me. I am presently disabled with neuropathy and fibromyalgia. I haven't worked since my chemo which caused the above problems. and since I am home all day and bored silly the only thing I do is go on the computer and eat. I am trying to do more fruits and veggies but I can't control my appetite and the sweets always call me louder than the apples.
I can't exercise for long because my legs go numb and I fall if I continue to stand.
I also have lymphedema in the arm where I had my mastectomy so I can't lift weights or do too much with that arm. simple stretching and arm lifts only.
I can't do many "core" exercises since I had a TRAM flap when I had my mastectomy. That is where they rebuild your removed breast with the stomach muscle. So I only have a stomach muscle on one side of my stomach. I can't do sit ups anymore. But they had to do a tummy tuck when I had the surgery so my stomach is tight and flat...
I am gaining mostly in my legs and butt, to the point that the cellulite is a disgrace. My legs were always so tight because I used to walk at least 5 miles a day before I got cancer.
there are so many on sale this week but I don't know where to start.
I also have high blood pressure so I don't want anything that will make me crazy or lightheaded. Hope someone can help. Peggie
