Jen - If TOM is next week, you're holding water. So, you're weight is probably up. The fact that you lost inches when you should be bloated is great! TOM is next week for me and the scale and my pants are not my friend at the moment. Hang in there. Try to weigh at a better time of the month next time (not necessarily on the exact day you're suppose to).
Remember - it can take ~6 weeks to see the real results. You are replacing lightweight fat with heavy muscle. I know a month is a long time to wait when you're discouraged, but it WILL pay off!
