I was just looking over their site. Could someone tell me how they handle the delivery at the resort. Will the front desk take the delivery? Do you have to be present to accept the delivery? Should I request the delivery for the day after we arrive in case of late check-in?

It sounds like a great service & also has an offer for 50% off your 1st delivery!

I was wondering this myself. I don't want to get stuck sitting in my room for a big period of time waiting for my groceries to show up. If they have a small window of time that you have to be available, it sounds like a great deal to me. Hope someone knows the answer to this.

From what I have read you set the delivery day and time. I think they also will do delivery to the front desk, but i'm not sure. Here is a thread.

You will be able to set up a delivery time that works for you when you put your order in. In most cases you have to be there to accept the delivery since you pay for it at that time. I have read where some people have made other payment arrangements tho. But, we would use wegoshop because we could then get some fresh veggies, fruits, dairy. I would then want that stuff to go directly to my room and my fridge!!

I went to their site and they do accept credit cards.

It sounds like something I would consider if I couldn't do a grocery stop before getting to the resort.

We have used them many times. They are a lovely couple who work very hard and try to accomodate every wish. You can specify a date and time and they will deliver. I've never asked for the front desk delivery because ds and I love to chat with them and catch up. They have never let us down. It is worth every penny.

So they come to your room? The price is sooo reasonable & now that Disney provide transportation from the airport, we're not renting a car.

We used them in Dec. and everything went smooth. He came to our villa at the Boardwalk and it was such a time saver for us. I highly recommend using them.

Yes, they will deliver right to your door, or you can meet them out in front of your resort or whatever you want. I don't have them get fruit or breakfast stuff because we always eat room service. However, we HATE the Disney toliet tissue so I always have them bring something we like. When I first asked I felt a little silly until Becca told me we were not the first to ask for Northern! I also get them to bring cokes, bottled water and something sweet for an afternoon snack. And, occasionally an adult beverage . . . . . . just think of them as a personal shopper - flowers, diapers, cookies - a birthday cake - whatever. It has made my travel so much easier and what I save by not buying bottled water or soft drinks alone more than pays for their service.

Thanks so much for this thread. I hadn't heard of this service and I think we'll definitely make use of it on future trips. After being on a plane for 6 hours to get to Orlando, the last thing I want to do is go grocery shopping. This will be so much more convenient for my family.

We just recently used them on our February trip and they were great!

We arranged for a time where we thought we would be at the hotel. We were lucky enough to have our room ready at the delivery time, so we called wegoshop with our room number. They had the food there in 30 minutes. Also, they can leave it at the front desk -- wegoshop had forgotten one item, but had a later delivery, so they left our item later in the afternoon with the luggage service.

Definitely worth the delivery fee!
