When should I call for my appointment time if we are landing in Orlando on August 20?

We have use WEGO four times with excellent results. I request a 4pm to 5pm delivery time as by that time we will be in our room. As soon as we get our room number I call Marge and give her the informantion. We have never had a problem. Good Luck
