Weekly Member Meetings at BWV?

Hello all,

We are eagerly awaiting our departure on December 1. My DW and I are sitting here putting together a flexible schedule for our family trip and were wondering when the member meetings with DVC CM at BWV are at.

Could anyone help?

They are on Thursday's 8:00am in community hall.

One little piece of advice that might help if you haven't been to one before - they are in a room on the side of the community hall. When we went down we thought we were early because I didn't see anyone in the hall (where all the games etc. are). We walked around the building to the side and found out were were one of the last ones to arrive. There is a room with lots of chairs and a video screen. Makes more sense than having it in the main hall room, but for some reason all these years that people talked about the meeting that's where I thought it was held.

Sounds like you will be there for the annual meetings. The one for the BWV will be on Thursday, December 5 at 2:00 p.m. The last issue of the Vacation Magic said to check at the Front Desk for the location.

Looks like you could go to both types of meetings if you so choose. I am not sure they have the weekly meetings the week of the annual meetings. We'll be at BWV that week also, so I plan to ask when we check in.

I was planning to go to the ANNUAL meeting, and was not sure if they would have a weekly member meet but I figured I would check anyway.
