We've planning the final trip of the year so we can get one last use of our annual passes.

Does anyone have any ideas on which time is better to go --

The week before Thanksgiving or sometime in December before the Christmas crowds. Not too concerned about the weather but definately want to go when the crowds are smaller.

Before our kids were in school, we always went the last full week BEFORE Thanksgiving week. If that's the week you're considering, it is just perfect. The crowd level was incredibly low; I guess the calm before the storm of Thanksgiving week. We usually left to come home on that Saturday before Thanksgiving and it was definitely getting crazy by then. Plus we had temps range from 72* all the way up to low 80's so we were always able to enjoy swimming too. Some of the holiday decorations are also just beginning to be put up and that's pretty cool as well. I suppose in mid-December it's probably similar but with more decorations and holiday events. Also, not sure if it factors in your decision, but when staying onsite we usually had an easier time with room availability that week in November. Don't remember any great discounts though. Enjoy!
