Hats off to him for having the patience! That's a huge set, and the gray would have to get tiring after a while.lol

That man will sit down and put them together in one go. I think the death star took him two days because I made him stop halfway. Lol I couldn't do it.

If you're my child- Take them apart and then mix them with another set, then build a city with a stormtrooper ice fishing, rocket launching from a swamp, a ship mixed with fighter jets and police station parts, and a fireman as the captain. I never know if I should be angry or happy that now the new set is ruined.

Has anyone tried to get the dessert party in the past hour? I am worried now.

We have wood heat or oil heat. Very dusty. Plus 8 indoor animals so there's hair everywhere. The less I have to clean off the better! You could say my style of decorating is very simple or minimalistic.

Yes! Right now, dh's big sets are put together in our master walk in closet with a sheet over them to keep them clean. I want my closet back!

The Jingle Blah show is scheduled nightly for our week at 6:45pm.

Seriously? I thought that it would be later. Why must they schedule it the same time as Fantasmic. What a bummer.

Maybe my kids will bring their lightsabers and wear their Star Wars costumes and we can make our own SW show!

Regarding the Star Wars Fireworks...I feel like this might be the case of the vocal minority vs the silent majority. I'm sure there were lots of people complaining about the absence of Osborne lights and non star wars fans saying there's too much Star Wars at DHS. So in order to please both of these vocal crowds they threw together this show. Meanwhile, tons of people were planning their fall vacations based on the new Star Wars offerings but since they didn't "hear" from us they assumed everyone wanted change. What a mess! If you look at the comments on the Disney Parks blog, so many people are excited for this show, with a few others upset about missing Star Wars.

FWIW, I'm not even a Star Wars fan but the rest of my family is so I am bummed out for them. (But DH was the only one that knew about the show) I do feel like I can't tell my kids anything about what we might do on the trip because at this point anything can change!

I'm ok with it also. DH likes the Dark Side but doesn't really care about SW. I am more excited about Christmas stuff. But I AM NOT HAPPY about the overlapping times of Fantasmic and Fireworks.

Ok. Someone at Disney needs to apologize for making all these crazy changes at the last min. Last min in disney time anyways. I looked at it seems that the Jingle bell show will be at 9p on Saturday night and 645 every other night. The only way to cram in fantasmic and fireworks will be to switch days to Saturday.

We booked the JBJB party for 12/3! I'm going to be rolling home from Disney... Or flying on a sugar high.

My DD and I are seriously disappointed by them taking away Star Wars but the holiday special does look cool.

I don't know if I want to spring for the seated viewing at the terrace. I kind of like the idea of a better front-on view of the fireworks from the plaza. Even though it's standing only. I haven't read any reviews yet to know if they really cram people in the reserved plaza viewing though.

We are going 12/3. We will be in HS 12/2, but that's the night we'll watch F!.

I feel like since we are going home early and all these changes I'm having to concede a ton of activities. Hopefully I will wake up in a better mood about it all tomorrow.

The whole thing is so crazy - are there really enough people so active on the random Disney boards to completely book these days within hours of it showing up on the website? So wild!!

I hope for anyone wanting to book that more people cancel and you guys can get in.
