Week After Turkey Day Shenanigans

I wish I could get my last ADR before fast passes have to be made to work around timing. If anyone has a BOG lunch for Sun 11/27 for 5 I would be so grateful :) I've only gotten 1 notice in the last 2 months and I was driving so not fast enough :( I've reset it but nothing yet. Also, considering BOG dinner on Friday 12/2 before the party. I've never made fast passes before so I'm a little nervous. I'm not a morning person so do I really need to be on at 7am eastern 6am my time??

If you want SDMT or FEA you need to get up and be ready at 7am EST. for sure. Book those first then go back and fill in the rest.

I have lots of extras too. Some in demand ones too. :D

I'm still trying to hunt down others for backups but I haven't been lucky. I think finding tables of 2 is hard since there are so many tables set aside for larger groups and not many small tables at the restaurants. But fingers crossed!!

Whatcha looking for? In my checking I can always keep an eye out for you too!

And anyone else that's looking.

Because I am super nice and also need a life :P

I don't have a plan but I have a spreadsheet! Well, it's a work in progress. Also, it lacks plans, it looks super empty. And it has a spot for nighttime entertainment BUT WE DON'T KNOW WHAT HALF OF THAT IS YET ARG. Would anyone care to share pictures of your spreadsheets if you have one? Or just tell what you have on yours or how you're organizing your plans? I'd love to see! Besides the spreadsheet I'm fleshing out I have been playing with an app called TripCase which is nice because I can put flight info in there, and add the one night offsite hotel I have.

If you use Touring Plans do they have an app that shows your plan, or do you take the plan they suggest and put it somewhere else?

Spreadsheets?! Fancy ;) Mine are just lists with lots of scratched off stuff and notes in margins lol.

Once you save your custom TP it will show up on the app under plans > personalized plans. that's what I used last year to keep track of mine in the parks. And I just checked, they are still there. Maybe I can just recycle some of those :D

Some people have binders and such but I just like digitally having everything in one place. With pretty colors. :)

I just get too frustrated with spreadsheets. I have spreadsheet PTSD from computer class in school.

my binder turned into a single folder with everything shoved in it including scraps of paper and 5 different calendar sheets that are no longer relevant.

I'm a hot mess.

I can't do spreadsheets. I like my paper and pens!

I'm finding it annoying that my plans start on Saturday because every time I look at the spreadsheet I forget that the first day is SATURDAY and not SUNDAY and keep getting mixed up. :upsidedow

here's my current dilemma - now that nighttime stuff has changed (SW fireworks mainly) we are planning on hopping late afternoons on a few days. So we need to eat earlier to be able to do that. But if we eat dinner earlier, we will have to eat lunch earlier or risk not being hungry by dinner time.

The days we have a 2:45 meal at Garden grill, or a 3:10 at H&V what the hell are we going to do? Last year we ate a quick breakfast in the room then had an early QS lunch around 11, and a TS meal around 5. That worked great. But mealtimes this year are so wonky to accomodate hopping and early nighttime shows since it gets dark earlier...I'm afraid we will have a bunch of QS credits go to waste, or have to eat a QS to tide us over then not be hungry and "waste" a TS credit.

Could you just do the barest snack in the room first thing, and then maybe a larger mid-morning brunchy-type meal? If you ate breakfast or lunch around 10 and then dinner around 3, with snacks in the middle and then heavy snacks at the end of the night?

Let's see if I can get this to attach.

Orange/peach = Animal Kingdom
Yellow = Hollywood Studios
Purple = Magic Kingdom
Green = Epcot
Light blue = no park

I haven't filled in things like Fastpass plans or anything yet, just where we'll be and what our dining plans look like.

do the QS places even serve lunch at 10? Or have breakfasts? I guess I need to look at times and menus more closely and have a QS plan now too if we are going to eat "supper" at 3pm like the elderly lol
