Wednesday or Thursday for 1 day MK trip?

We're going to be stopping by WDW on our way to a new home/job/state. We'll likely arrive on a Tuesday and leave on Friday - given that we're only doing one park (MK) and only for one day, are better off with Wednesday or Thursday? Ticket cost is $5 higher for Wednesday, which makes me think it's a high demand day and thus, more crowded. But if the tickets are more expensive, maybe less people will come? The $5 doesn't make or break the trip (I'll just skip one Mickey Bar, LOL), so which would you choose?

Arrive Tuesday, MK Thursday
Arrive Tuesday, MK Wednesday

Also, if everything goes wrong with the move can we change the day of the ticket?

What dates?

Either one is fine unless there is a holiday somewhere in there. I think I would go on Wednesday and recover on Thursday before you have to leave Friday.

We had a one day ticket during Fall Break in October. Went on a Thursday; wasn't too bad. Not as good as
when they first reopened - but less humidity.
