You might look into doing something less formal, and doing it on your own. For our 15th anniversary, we decided to do this at WDW (OK I decided, my husband went along with it! LOL)

I had looked into the package, and it was WAY to expensive for us. I ended up booking a Disney photographer for a "family portrait session". The photographer took us right onto the lawn by the castle at Magic Kingdom, and we did a mock-up of the exchanging of the rings during the picture taking, along with wonderful family photos. We had purchased the bride & groom hats as well as the bride & groom t-shirts. We later went to quiet place and had our own ceremony with our three kids, and it was just so nice. It ended up costing us only a couple hundred dollars and we got all the proofs and some mounted in a wonderful display portfolio with the WDW symbols on it. You might check into if they have portrait sessions on the cruise ship. Our photographer said he had just got off the ship from another job, but he could have been taking pictures for ads, I don't know. Or if you have friends coming with you, ask one of them to take pictures, and find your special place on the ship and do it yourself. Worked for us, but probably not for everybody.
