My cousin is getting married at the wedding pavilion in WDW in the fall and the reception is in Epcot. My husband and I live in Japan and we are trying to plan the trip out and figure out our budget etc but I am curious, do we as wedding guests have to purchase a ticket to get into the park for her wedding? We do not plan on being in the park on That day except for her wedding. Thanks for the help!

I think you do need to have a ticket.. I remember reading it somewhere.

It depends on what type of recpetion she's having I think. If it's a dessert party she will be able to pay about $12 as a viewing fee for each guest and you will be escorted to the firework viewing area. If you are just having a regular meal in one of the restaurants then you will most likely need a ticket. Her wedding planner will be able to tell her who will need what.

No, you will not need park admission to attend her reception. We had a dessert party in France and they just counted our guests as they entered.
