Wow! I would be calling that shop back every day until they agreed to refund your money. I do hope that you have a fantastic wedding day and your dress does look very beautiful on you. Hopefully your mom can fix it so you dont have to worry about it so much!

My Two Cents...........
The Gown is Gorgeous!

YOU will look spectacular and despite all the hard work your Lovely mom is doing for you, people will notice YOU and how spectacular you look. SO, try and relax in these days before your wedding.
But,
document it all, keep track of your moms hours and any additional costs (like the shoe change out)
And if you used a credit card to pay them, you can call and tell them that they/dress place did not adhere to what they said and you want to dispute it. (the cc company automatically starts an investigation and will ask for your proof. Fortunately you have great pix!)
If you did not use a cc, file a complaint with the local better Business Bureau and file a small claims court claim.
Dont respond negatively to her twitter account, she is unprofessional and you are clearly Better than her/that. But, you can print it out

Most importantly, put it where it all belongs right now, in the background, because ..

You're Getting Married Really Soon,
You'll be a Spectacular Bride and You'll deal with the dress drama later.........

Well I'd have to say my mom pulled it off. I had to buy new shorter shoes and didn't have time to try them with the dress again before the wedding, so the dress was just slightly on the long side, which didn't really bother me.
