Wed April 27 can I stay? MK

On the old way for E-Night I went to the town hall to get a late night pass. I will not be on WDW properity this time. Is there a way to still get a Late night pass? If not Can I get a pass from a friend that will be at the park that day, but not staying for the late night pass? How does Disney keep track ?

no you wont be able to stay if you are not staying onsite, the new EMH is not like the old e-night were you pay extra to stay, EMH is a perk to Disney Resort guests. so if you are not staying onsite you wont be able to get a wristband, and no wristband= no ride entry.
