websites that sell discounted disney tickets

If anyone is a Trinet member (health care plan at work) you can get discounted tickets through the Trinet Marketplace. It links to ticketsatwork.com, so other plans might be available.

They have various packages available, usually saves you between $20-30 per person.

I am planning to buy the 4 day with Park Hopper and Water Parks, and the package gives me 3 extra days for free.

Why does parksavers require you to identify person redeeming tickets and redemption date? If you are linking them to MDE, does it matter? What if my trip changes? Do their posted price include tax and shipping like UT?

That's for the vouchers, which was how they did things regularly, and you had to show you were the person who bought the vouchers, but they've now added tickets you can link to your MDE. The tickets you can link are delivered within 3 days, all ready to link when you are ready. Then you are all set to just go to the park gate with your tickets linked on your MB, as if you'd bought direct from Disney. If you decide to get tickets to link to MDE, you can make your FP+ when you link. If you choose the voucher, you have to pick up at your resort, or the ticket booth at the park before you can make any fp's or enter the park.

Someone, in another thread, don't remember the thread or who it was, said the website wouldn't let you book tickets if your date was past the listed dates,"(Must be between 2nd Feb 2016 and 30th Nov 2016)"., so to just set your date before that. The woman on the phone, when I called, said the date is sort of rolling out further as time passes, if that makes any sense, lol. The date every day changes to be one week out from that day, and I think the month changes at least monthly. Earlier this month it was listed till 30th Oct 2016.

Once you have your tickets, it doesn't matter if you change your trip dates. Currently on their site, it says the tickets are good for use thru Dec 31st, 2018.

I'm planning to buy the 4 days/3 days free ph,(same cost as a 7 day ph), for adults, @ $370.98. That saves me over $107, for 2 adult tickets, over Disney prices! It says they must be bought by Mar 31st, 2016. But, I'm wondering what happens to that price if Disney raises prices before then, or are they set at that price regardless. I forgot to ask, so will probably be calling again to ask to be sure, so I don't miss it while holding off as long as possible, lol!

The person I spoke to at Parksavers said the tickets are thru Expedia, and she explained a bit, but it's been a couple weeks and I don't remember what she said about them, other than they are thru Expedia.

If they are like Undercover Tourist, they will keep selling what they have at the price they are now, until they run out and have to get more tickets. I may be be explaining it poorly but the gest of it is the same. UT buys chunks of tickets and then resells those. They don't take your order and turn around and buy tickets from Disney and then send them to you. That's why they can still offer NE Child Tickets, they still have some left.

I'm still confused. Is there somewhere I indicate that I want tickets rather than vouchers?? We want to be able to link to MDE and make FP+.

You can't get tickets, technically. As in physical plastic tickets.
They will send both a voucher and a code for MDE
You can take the voucher they send to the park and get the tickets. This is a great option if you are local and are there or heading there soon and want tickets right away. You don't have to wait.
They will then send you a code that you can use to link in to MDE. This doesn't happen for a day or 2 after you purchase.
When you get the code you can link it in to MDE. You no longer need to use the voucher to pick up tickets at WDW.

Well, I wondered if they were like UT, and I have bought tickets a couple times right after the price increase and still got their supply of the lower priced tickets. But, parksavers says 'must be purchased by March 31st', so I'm wondering if I definitely have till then regardless if prices go up, or only if they don't go up before then.

lhall7, I forgot to quote you, but, AngiTN explained it pretty well about the vouchers and the codes they send. I think they're a legit place with some great deals and easy to use tickets!

Since you can upgrade tickets purchased from UT and Parksavers to AP's, it would make sense that you would also be able to upgrade tickets purchased through ticketsatwork.com, correct? At least one would think........

An older thread, has anyone tried to upgrade their Park Saver tickets to APs? I only need a 4day hopper, but went ahead and did the deal with park savers where you get 3 days free thinking that if I do decide to upgrade, that ticket would be worth a lot more. Assuming they still bridge up to the gate price?

I have not done WDW, but we bought the US tickets (buy 2 get 1 free) and US saw them as a 3 day ticket. We upgraded to APs for $10.00

1. Many have successfully done so. The are regular WDW Magic Your Way tickets.
2. That'll work.
3. They do bridge the price.

BTW, there is a much newer and (up until just a few days ago, very active) thread specifically about this.

Thanks much for the info. When I searched, this was the thread that came up, but I'll see if I can find the other one. I'm kinda bummed b/c FP time is tomorrow morning, but I didn't order the ticket from Park Saver soon enough so I won't be able to get FPs for a couple of days. From what I've read I should be able to link to MDE as soon as I get the code. But fingers crossed that finding FPs to match my friends time shouldn't be too bad (just need 1) and going Sept 9 - 12. We aren't wanting to see the new Frozen ride and hoping there should be spots still available.
