For at least the last several years, we've used Undercover Tourist and they've been great! And great customer service, as well. Currently, the 7 day hopper for WDW at UCT is about $408. But, I just checked the park savers link you posted and for that same 7 day MYW hopper, it's $382.98! They say you're getting 3 days free, and the 4 price on Disney site is $392. Disney's price for 7 day ph is about $424.94. Great prices with park saver for sure! Have many Dissers have used them? I did see this place mentioned for DL tickets as well, in the
Disneyland forum, and people seemed happy with them.
Rather confused with things on their website, though. Maybe someone can help me figure if this might work for me.
~First, it says "Must purchase by Nov. 30th, 2015 for use now - Dec . 31st, 2016. 7 days total on tickets".
Did this really have to be purchased by Nov 30th of last year? Or am I reading that wrong?
~"*Redemption Date (date you want to pick-up your tickets): (Must be between 14th Jan 2016 and 30th Oct 2016)"
This concerns me as we won't be down there til Nov 12th for our trip. We will be in DL in Cali in May, but don't think we can pick up tickets there for WDW, only DL, though I don't know that for sure at all.
~Says ticket vouchers are delivered in about 24 hrs by email.
~To redeem vouchers, go to any WDW box office or Resort.
It also says, after that,
~"Guests with Magic Bands that have linked their tickets through their
MDE account online do not need to redeem their ticket vouchers at a box office. They may proceed directly to the park gates."
So, can you actually link the voucher to your MDE without redeeming the vouchers at a box office or resort? This is review I found down the page.
~The guest who reviewed their purchase on Jan 4th, said, "..within three days of purchase, I had our confirmation codes and was able to link them to our magic bands immediately. Started making fastpass: reservations right away..."
So, this actually sounds like I can just connect the ticket vouchers through my MDE soon after I receive the voucher codes. I have been to WDW many times, but always had actual tickets. Have never used a voucher and no idea how they work. So, is this how it is done? In my searching here in the last little while, I haven't really found any bad reviews, park savers seems to be a reputable ticket seller. I'm excited about the price of these tickets, but concerned with the purchase date and with possibly having to take the voucher to the box office or something like that, and my trip date is past the stated date of Oct 30 for redeeming a voucher. It would work if by linking thru MDE I would be all set just to walk thru the gate with my magic band.
Maybe there is a number I can find there and call and speak to someone directly about these questions, but also like to hear from those using the park saver ticket service. Sorry this is so long, and all the questions, but do you, lchuck, or anyone else, have more they can share about experience with park savers? Any help and info would be much appreciated!
