I've been calling CRO at least once per day but couldn't match up codes for our dates, which are 7/27 - 8/4. We had a passholder rate at CSR of $139 per night, which I was thrilled with until the new rates came out. :lmao:

I was trying to do 2 nights at the passholder rate and then switch to the BUK rate for the final 6 nights at any moderate. Couldn't do it at any resort except for a studio at SSR. Got some really great phone folks who tried really hard and some nastier ones who didn't try to understand what I was trying to do.

So this morning, for giggles, right after I hung up from another unsuccessful attempt, I tried to see what was available through the website. I was able to do it! I found a CBR passholder rate ($139) for the first 2 nights and booked it right away. Then I was able to find the CBR discounted rate ($104) for the next six nights and booked that, too. I was on the phone with CRO most of the time, and the rep seemed shocked that I could get it on the website and she couldn't pull it. Anyone know why I could get it on the website but not through CRO? :confused3

I just cancelled my CSR passholder room if anyone wants to try for it!

Not me, because usually you can't even get the website to show you choices for your dates lately! I much prefer calling CRO and talking with a live person...
