Website for marriage license?

Try HERE

Can't do it all online. You fill out the form and mail it in i believe with copies of your birth certificate or passport. They then email back the license that you need to have notarized and mail in. Then they will send you the license to be filled out by your officiant who then turns it in after the ceremony. You'll get it back from the county and its now your marriage certificate.

Those website do the same thing that you can do on your own except they charge you money for doing it!!!

Yes, use Firefly09's link. Of the other two, the first one is for a courthouse that doesn't have a mail-away service, and the second is a place that will charge you to do all the same things you can do yourself for free. :thumbsup2

Also, if you are able to come to Fl a day before hand, you can go to the courthouse and get it yourself. If I remember correctly non-florida residents can get married the same day they/you get your license. (not 100% sure on this though as my groom and I were legally married in Kentucky. Picked up our marriage license and an hour later were married)

I don't know is this helps, but we used a service called "Say I Do Weddings". You have to pay a service fee; however they take care of everything for you, i.e. forms, going to FL courthouse, etc. We found this to be beneficial since we were not going to be in FL to do it before the wedding and would not have a car.

They were very quick and helpful. We sent them the required documents, they sent back with further instructions, and we sent back- all done. I called for the status etc. and they were very helpful.

We actually just received an e-mail from the Reverend and he already has a copy in his hands :)

In all, it worked out for us and we had minimal to worry about

Good luck!!

Yes! The three-day waiting period is only for Florida residents.

The thing is, she can get the same service for free by going through the Brevard County Courthouse. The steps are identical: Instead of Say I Do Weddings sending and receiving the paperwork, the courthouse sends it and receives it—but there is no fee other than the state's $94 marriage license fee, which applies no matter how you get the license. Either way, you still have to get the paperwork notarized yourself and mail it back and forth.
