Website for Accessing Disney Visa Account

OK, I'm frustrated. Is there a new website address to access you Disney Visa account? I've been using the bankone.com\disney and keep getting an error - no page found. HELP!!!!

I've had that problem, too. The only thing I've been able to do was close the browser, reopen it, and try again. It generally works after a few tries.

Have you tried http://www.cardmemberservices.com? I use that site to access all 3 of my Bank One credit cards including the Disney one.

I use www.firstusa.com for the Disney Visa site . . .

I've always used firstusa.com.

I called when I couldn't get the site to work and was told the new site is www.firstusa.com
That one has worked every time I have tried to use it.
