Website Down?

Has anyone been able to book online this week, or only over the phone? The website has been down whenever I check with a picture of the Seven Dwarfs and a message saying they are working on it.

It hasn't been working well for me in Firefox at all this week; I've had to switch to Chrome when I play with it.

Chrome seems to work but I think we have experienced the seven dwarfs at the most in opportune times (like at midnight eastern when trying to do check in - seems to come to mind).

Oh for sure; all bets are off during check in. Its been a hot mess at that time for awhile now.

Are you using VPN wifi because that could slow the connection it down a bit.

Hello again I've just logged into Disney cruise line website and it worked excellent for me I used chrome.

I can‘t even sign in to basic Disney website.

Here are some advice that might help.
Check your broadband or wifi connection.
If it's raining or stormy wait a moment for that to clear up a bit.
Clear cache and cookies and some activity search history.
Avoid using VPN.
Use the Disney cruise line navigator app instead of the website.

I got my booking, but I had to call. And the CM wasn't surprised. I tried different browsers, dumping cache etc. Their website is one hot mess.

For whatever reason, their servers are not able to handle the capacity demanded of them. It’s been a problem for a LONG time now (we’re talking almost 2 decades kind of long). It continues to baffle me why they haven’t not increased server capacity.

Couldn't agree more. Just frustrating as I like to book on line. Thankfully I didn't wait more than 5 minutes for someone to answer the phone
