I'm wondering if just6 my computer or if someone else is having issues as well...:surfweb:

Sometimes it is down when they are coming out with a new offer....let's hope that is what it is:confused3:confused3:confused3

It was glitchy last night when I as trying to show my husband some resort pics.

I hope it is down for a good reason:)!

I have a link to the Great Britain site that I use for ADRs. I am getting the same message on that site this morning. I was able to get into the US site OK tho. Glad it's not just me!

2014 Rack rate packages are suppose to be bookable on the 10th. Maybe that's what they are doing..HOPEFULLY!!!

Any HTTP 500 error is usually a server side problem.

HTTP 400 are ususally a problem on your side.

I just posted a similar comment on another thread.
I'm not getting an error message, but I was just logging into My Disney Experience and it's almost as if I'm a first-time visitor. All of my "plans" and my reservations are not showing up.
I know the system is quirky and, as another poster pointed out, it sometimes goes down when they are getting ready to offer another discount, so I am not going to panic.
I am not going to panic.
I am not going to panic.
GAH!
:scared:

No panic here....just maybe some excitement now that hopefully they are updating the site with some 2014 packages :woohoo:

I'm thinking that may be what's going on. Last week, when I entered 2014 dates, I would get a message that said my chosen resort had no availability and try again. Now, it gives me a list of resorts to choose from but it won't let me go further than that. From what I understand, the 2014 prices are scheduled to go online on July 10th.

Have been having lots of issues with the My Disney Experience part of the website over the last week checking on my ADRs. Hope they are fixing that!

I think the problem is on Disney's end. The website has been touchy for at least the last 3 months. I can't remember the last time I went to check MDE without something missing or not loading :rolleyes2

since the upgrade in the site I have had all kinds of issues. I was trying to make a payment the other night and I could not get it to work. Had to wait until the next morning. :confused3
