Webshots - why can't I display images full-screen???

Does anybody here have any experience with this.

I am not trying to save/download or print things...
I am just wanting to display some scanned images of info (cruise info, activities, menus, etc.) posted by previous cruisers.

it says, 'can only be saved by friends only'.
What does that have to do with it?

I have zoomed images before,
But, every time now, it won't do it.
Just a blank screen with an error message.

Seems to be no rhyme or reason as to when it might display it, and when it won't.
