Why do you need so many of these things? Each of my kids has ONE, but we have 4 others that we were panning on giving away as presents ( or maybe only 2 to give away..... Thanks Mermaid02! )

They just got them Monday, so we haven't done anything with them yet.

LOL! Because they are so darn cute. And when you log others on, you get more of the exclusive items available only for adoptions. And more money. And for 10 or more you get the super-exclusive items. And because they are really cute!

I'm wondering if anyone here can help me. My DD's both got Webkins a long while back. Since they had not become "popular" yet, I didn't know anything about them. Needless to say, I threw away the tags (I know, I know...but I didn't know anything about them then...DGrandma gave them to them only because she thought they were cute). So my question is...is there a way that I can still register them without the tags? Can they be identified with the tags that are physically attached to the animal? I sent an email to the company but have yet to get a response. Any suggestions would be great (oh and sorry if I stole the post but I'm desperate!).

I've heard that there is nothing they can do in this case. It's a case of live and learn. Sorry.

Bummer That's what I was afraid of. Thanks for the reply. If anyone know of anything different, I'd appreciate your advice.

Oh, man. The site is still down. Dd will not be happy when she wakes up. I wonder if they were overloaded with new users because of the holidays? There were probably a lot of new registrations right after Christmas.

Cougar, I'm sorry about your tags. I guess the only thing you can do is buy more stuffed animals.

The site never was down for us yesterday- between my four kids, someone was on it all day yesterday. It's up right now if you want to check.

That's strange. It was off for us. It came back on this morning.
