I have several questions:

1 how long should it take to receive a webcertificate when cashing out with mypoints

2 has anyone ever requested the plastic card, how does it work, how long does it take

3 if you cash out again for a webcertificate can they add that to the same plastic card

4 is this the same reward that is offered on creations, thus can you transfer all rewards to one plastic card?

Anywhere from a week to a month. MyPoints sends them out in batches, usually around the middle and end of each month.

I got mine years ago, when RPs were really paying well. It took a few weeks to arrive back then. It works like a MasterCard debit card and can be used anywhere that MasterCard is accepted. The only exception that I know of is that you cannot use them to pay for PayPal transactions (like paying for an eBay auction).

Yes! That's what makes them so popular. You can just keep adding webbies to you balance.

Yes! It's a great way to combine the rewards that you receive from various RPs into one big reward.

My question is- Doesn't it cost something to get the plastic card?
I've never cashed out for a webbie until last week when I cashed in points on mypoints for 2 of them... so very curious on this topic!

They cost $6.95, which is charged to your webcertificate account. If you don't shop online a lot, or if you have some place local that you would prefer to spend your rewards money at, then having the plastic card is worth it.

I got mine years ago when they were 4.95 and back then they did NOT charge it to your webcertificate account. So when you call and ask for it, you might have to give them another credit card or your check card to pay for the webcertificate card.

When FreeRide was paying really well, I combined all of our family rewards from all RPs and was able to get an AP and a PI AP with webbies. Since I had the plastic card I was able to get it at the gate and was able to use my MKC discount

Another place that you shouldn't use the Webcertificate card (or any debit card) is the automatic pumps at gas stations. Since the card is only put in at the beginning, they automatically block off about $50.00 of your account for about 3 days until the actual charge runs through.
