Is webslingers ride a virtual cue?
Someone in the disabilities group gave me a list of the rides I can chose from when I pre register and I was surprised how limited it is.

Web Slingers doesn't use a virtual queue, it has the regular standby line. It's not available for an advance DAS registration (during pre-registration), but you can get a DAS for it on the day you're at the park. This would be via the Disneyland app or at one of the Guest Experience Team stations in the park.
You can make a das reservation in park for all rides except Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railway as it's the only ride currently on VQ. If you have a DAS and want to ride MMRR, you need to have a VQ return which when it's called you'll let them know you have a DAS and be directed to the LL lane or you can buy a $LL.
